With top-level coaches leading the way, you’ll lift, learn, and grow stronger every session—all while enjoying a great community atmosphere.
Engine Zone

Welcome to the Engine Zone, where we dial up your aerobic capacity and build a powerhouse endurance engine. This class is all about hitting those high numbers while working through different zones—from threshold training to sustained aerobic efforts. Using a mix of ergs, curved treadmills, and even some outdoor running, you’ll find the perfect blend of challenge and variety. And of course, just like all our classes, you’ll be guided by top-level coaches in a great atmosphere that keeps you motivated every step of the way.

If you’re looking for that one big class to cap off your week, Saturday SEND is the place to be!

Welcome to Run Zone, our dedicated running club session designed for runners of all levels. Whether you’re training for a race or just enjoy a good run with a friendly community, this is your zone to build endurance and refine your technique. Expect great coaching, varied running workouts, and plenty of motivation. Plus, we wrap up each session with a coffee, so you can cool down, chat, and enjoy a little post-run treat together
Sunday Service

Join our Sunday Service for a perfect blend of teamwork and all-around fitness. In this 90-minute session, you’ll team up in small groups for mini-competitions and a variety of fitness challenges. It’s a fantastic way to mix all elements of your training—HYROX, strength, endurance, and more—into one fun and motivating class. With top-notch coaching and a supportive atmosphere, you’ll finish your week on a high note and head into your rest day feeling accomplished.

HAKAN BURTON
Hi, I'm Hak, the Head Coah here @ Train. With over 13 years of experience as a personal trainer, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a real passion for helping people become the best version of themselves. I’m also a dedicated hybrid athlete competing at the top level in HYROX, and I love mixing in running and triathlon training. My goal is to transform lives through coaching, making fitness a journey that’s not just about performance, but about having fun along the way. It’s my favourite to socialise.
MOLLIE PROCTOR
Hi, I’m Mollie! I recently completed my Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualification and am now working towards Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 4 Nutrition for Weight Management & Athletic Performance. As a Hybrid Athlete, I’ve competed in Hyrox events across Europe and ran my first marathon in Manchester this year. I’m passionate about helping others build strength, endurance, and confidence while enjoying the process, and I’m excited to coach at Train and bring out the best in every member on this journey!

My passion is helping people unlock their full potential—whether that’s athletes striving for peak performance or anyone looking to move, feel, and live better.
